In some forms, you need to show an input/logic based on the data entered in another input. Here is an example of how you would do it on Utilize,
1. Expand the configuration of the input/logic that you want to change the visibility of,

2. Enable the Visibility Logic based on an earlier input column

That's it. Now, when the input for the Leaks? column is Yes, it is only then that the Leak Water Type input would show up.
Note: In Update Row screens, you can also choose to show/hide logic based on the current row's data or another input's data.
